Superman and Lois — How to Watch and Stream New DC series

Meet the new mom and dad next door, Superman and Lois.

As it turns out, even Superman himself can’t escape the perils of parenting. In this new series from DC, fans get to see a different side of the Man of Steel as he lives out his life as a father of two with the love of his life, Lois.

Superman and Lois is a spinoff from last year’s Crisis on Infinite Earths. Instead of focusing the Superman origin story — which is pretty much the focus of every attempt to reboot one Superman franchise — this series will follow the lives of Clark Kent and Lois as they face new challenges of being working parents to teenagers in modern-day society.

Joining Tyler Hoechlin as Superman and Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane are Jordan Elsass and Alexander Garfin, who will play the couple’s sons Jonathan and Jordan Kent. The supporting cast will also include Emmanuelle Chriqui, Erik Valdez, Inde Navarrette, Dylan Walsh, and Wole Parks.

Sex and the City Returns Sans Samantha — When Will It Air in Australia?

More than two decades since the show premiered, Sex and the City is getting the revival treatment — like many other iconic TV series from the 90s and early 2000s — on HBO Max. As exciting as that news is, what’s even more intriguing is that the infamous Samantha Jones, played by actress Kim Cattrall, will not be joining the core cast consisting of Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis.

This new chapter, which will be called “And Just Like That…” will see the continuation of the lives of Carrie Bradshaw, Miranda Hobbs, and Charlotte York in the Big Apple. The Internet exploded when the three actresses all promoted a teaser video and subsequently confirmed the absence of Samantha Jones. Naturally, the news was met with mixed reactions despite the public knowledge that Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrall have had some real-life beef m in the past. Now the question is, will this new chapter survive without the one and only Samantha Jones?

The answer to that can go both ways at this point. Something would definitely be amiss without the unapologetic Samantha Jones but then again, there are still so many stories to be told with just the other ladies’ lives as well. Regardless of how they’ll play it out, what’s also important is how the show would cope with the relevant issues in today’s society. A lot of things may be deemed okay back in the early 2000s, but it could definitely be a major cause for backlash at this time.

When will the Sex and the City reboot air in Australia?

Consisting of 10 episodes with filming slated to begin this March, there’s a big chance that viewers won’t get to see the premiere until next year. Other than confirming the main cast, there’s no other information released about this reboot, whether regarding the storyline (Is Carrie still married to Big? How will they write Samantha off? etc.) or the premiere date.

Australian fans also need not worry about delays in watching this show since most HBO Original shows premiere on the same exact date and time as it does in the US exclusively on Foxtel. For now, we’ll just have to wait and see as more details emerge for this long-awaited reboot.

She is very passionate in her opposition of euthanasia while on the other hand, her mother Edie Henley (Harriet Walter) feels just as strongly about her right to die on her own terms.

When Kate discovers who Mother wants to take her own life, she decides to bring her closer to the family, which is Edie’s worst nightmare. As Kate continues to struggle with her own problems and her mum’s situation, she also deals with her ex being in jail and her children, one of which is struggling with a perception of gender. The End is a story about family, ethics, and emotion, and how it’s never too late to start again.

Think Hunger Games but for corporate millennials — wherein just the first episode, an intern was shown to have literally worked himself to his death.

To be fair, the showrunners did have their creative liberties as they showed a bit of exaggeration in some situations — but we all know that behind every story is a hint of truth. Industry unravels a very exclusive culture of money and power, touching on the themes of sexism, classism, and pretty much any and every kind of shady behaviour you can expect to find within the finance world.
