Kate Beckinsale (Underworld, Van Helsing, Total Recall) returns to your screen and once again displays her knack for some adrenaline-filled action with Amazon’s latest offering, Jolt. The company announces the movie’s premiere this July on Prime Video.
Jolt follows Lindy, a bouncer with extreme anger issues. Because of a rare neurological disorder, she has the tendency to experience unpredictable and intense rage that makes her homicidal. The only thing that can stop her from going on a murderous rampage is being shocked with a special electrode device.
Her condition makes it nearly impossible for her to find someone to trust and to love. When she finally does, he ends up getting murdered. Pushed over the edge dangerously angry and brokenhearted, she swears all-out revenge while also being suspected of the crime by the police.
How to watch Jolt in Australia?
