How to Stream UFC 266: Volkanovski vs Ortega

Australian UFC Featherweight title holder, Alexander Volkanovski will step into the Octagon again today to defend his title against Brian Ortega. It could be the last fight in the division for the Sydney fighter, who plans to move up a weight if he overcomes his dangerous American opponent.

Alex Volkanovski vs Brian Ortega: A Las Vegas showdown

This fight is a must-watch for Aussie fight fans. Alexander Volkanovski is one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in MMA, and will be getting close to legendary status if he makes a second title defence. He has cleaned up in the Featherweight division, and there is just one fighter standing in his way before he plans to move up to Lightweight for more ‘mega-fights’.

Brian Ortega, like Volkanovski, has only one loss on his record. He is a brawler who like can stand toe-to-toe or take it to the mat. This will be his second shot at the UFC Featherweight title after losing against Max Holloway in a classic back in 2018, a man Volkanovski beat for the same title. Brian Ortega has slowly built up his reputation again since, the highlight coming against the Korean Zombie in his last fight.

Fans of UFC will know just how much these two fighters dislike each other from watching UFC’s Ultimate Fighter. They both captained teams of upcoming MMA stars, and the chat between the two made for some enthralling viewing alone.

When is Alexander Volkanovski vs Brian Ortega?

Volkanovski vs Ortega will be available to stream live in Australia from 12.00pm AEST, Sunday, October 26th. The fight will take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas (Saturday night in USA).
